At a minimum, suppliers to The Landforce will be required to meet the following standards with respect to their operations as a whole:
Laws and Regulations- Supplier will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements in the manufacture and distribution of our products and supplies and in providing services to the company
Child Labour- Supplier will not use child labour as defined by local law.
Forced Labour- Supplier will not use forced or compulsory labour
Abuse of Labour- Supplier will not physically abuse labour
Collective Bargaining- Supplier will respect employees' rights to choose whether to be represented by third parties and to bargain collectively in accordance with local law
Wages and Benefits- Wages and benefits will comply with local law
Working Hours & Overtime- Working hours and overtime will comply with local law
Health and Safety- Working conditions will comply with local regulations
Environment- Supplier will comply with all applicable environmental laws
The Supplier agrees that it must be able to demonstrate its compliance with these requirements at the request of and to the satisfaction of The Landforce. This includes, but is not limited to, The Landforce and other subsidiaries of The Landforce having the right to inspect any site involved in work for The Landforce and its subsidiaries. Any Supplier that fails to satisfy The Landforce and its subsidiaries of its compliance is subject to immediate termination of any agreements between it and The Landforce and its subsidiaries without penalty to The Landforce and its subsidiaries but with obligations to remedy direct damages suffered by The Landforce and its subsidiaries. All other policies and guidelines of The Landforce and its subsidiaries and any other agreements to which the Supplier is a party shall continue in full force and effect.
